This morning I was ready to go shopping with a friend but first I went to my mother and she gave my a little present she makes bobbinlace and she made this little lovely doll .
And an other present you can see, Marloes over at www.tussenpozen.com makes wonderful books and she asked me to make covers for some books and she hase finished one book and I love it so much .
so it hase been a wonderful day with beautiful presents

hi - i wandered here from heaven knows where, and I just have to tell you how much I love the bobbin lace doll. If you ever get a chance to describe how it was made (a quick overview of the pattern) I would be eternally grateful! I make bobbin lace and sometimes feel like the last person on earth who does it. I'm 37 but most lacemakers are older than that. It's such a fabulous art. Thanks for sharing the picture!
